How many property management companies are in your database?
Our database contains 29k+ property management companies across all 50 US states plus DC — spanning residential, commercial, HOA & community association, multifamily & institutional, vacation & short-term rental, third-party management, brokerages with property management, and developer/owner-operators.
What information is included for each company?
Each record includes the company name, website, a business phone number, business address, primary company type, asset classes managed, portfolio size (units/doors), services offered, and owner/resident/vendor portals. A named contact (owner, principal, broker, or portfolio manager) is included where available.
Do I get a named contact for every company?
No. Named contacts are included where available — roughly 1 in 8 companies, or 6k+ contacts in total. Every record includes company information, and 98% of companies have a business phone number and 100% have a website. The phone number is generally a company line, not a promised personal mobile number.
What is the difference between the People list and the Company list?
Every order includes both. The People list has one row per named contact with first name, last name, and title. The Company list is deduplicated to one row per company and keeps a representative contact where available.
How are the contacts sourced and verified?
We collect company information from public sources, then classify each record by company type, asset classes, portfolio size, and services. Business phone numbers and websites are reviewed and refreshed; named contacts are matched to companies where available.
What are your pricing options?
We offer three packages: State Package ($99) for a single state, Nationwide Package ($799) for all 50 states plus DC, and Custom Segments ($1.20/record, minimum 150 records) filtered to your criteria.
Can I filter the data by company type or state?
Yes. Our database classifies every company by primary company type (residential, commercial, HOA, multifamily, vacation rental, third-party management, etc.) and state. Browse any state or company type on the site, or request a custom segment filtered by these criteria, asset classes, and portfolio size.
What format is the data provided in?
Each order is delivered as a ZIP containing two CSVs (People list + Company list), which import easily into Excel and all major CRM systems.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital purchases are non-refundable after delivery. Review the sample data before purchasing. If you have a question about a delivered file, contact support.
Can I get a sample before purchasing?
Yes. Visit our sample page to preview real (partially masked) records and see data quality and coverage before you buy.
How do I download my data after purchase?
After payment you’ll receive an email with a secure download link to your ZIP file. The link expires after 24 hours for security, so please download promptly.
